– This department will be responsible for church infrastructural development and wellbeing of the church members who are in need of support.

Roles and responsibilities
– Identifies developmental needs of the church and proposes to the church leadership.
– Ensures that necessary repairs are made on the assets.
– Advices on the most urgent projects to be undertaken.
– Advices on the successful fundraising methods.
– Proposes guests to be approached for support.
– Ensures commencement and successful completion of church projects.
– Is accountable to the leadership for all the development funds raised.
– Provides progress reports to the Senior Pastor often and to the church committee during meetings
